10+ Ways to Reach a Higher Vibration 1


In an unpredictable world, sometimes things can get a bit heavy.  You’re on a Journey Called Life, and let’s face it, it can be pretty messy.  However, with the right tools and mindset, you can raise your vibration to make your Life more enjoyable… or at least tolerable.  By consciously and continually raising your vibration, not only will it help with your Journey, but it will also help with others’ journeys.  We are all Collective, we are all One.  So, get out there and spread some Peace and Love by using these 10+ Ways to Reach a Higher Vibration. 

The Mission: To apply these 10+ Ways to Reach a Higher Vibration.

In no particular order are 10+ Ways to Reach a Higher Vibration.  The goal is to always reach for a higher vibration than the one you’re currently on.  To put the vibration frequency levels into perspective, below is a picture of David R. Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness.

Now, let’s level you up!

  1. Quiet Your Mind

Whatever you have to do to Quiet Your Mind, do it: meditate, focus on a project, dance, or even nap.  Subsequently, blocking out all that useless chatter.

  1. Be Grateful

There is always something to be grateful for, even the little things: the sound of the wind, the chair you’re sitting on, your pets, family, friends, that cookie you ate earlier.  Show Gratitude for everything, every day.

  1. Just Be

Don’t worry about yesterday, it’s in the past.  Don’t worry about tomorrow, it’s unknown.  Just Be in the moment.  If your mind starts to wander, notice it, and bring it back to the Now.

  1. Release Anger

If something from the outside triggers your anger, realize it, and release it.  You have complete control over your emotions, don’t let them control you.  Look at it from a different perspective; for example, if a tailgater is irritating you, either pull over and allow them to pass, or think that you are saving them from a potential accident by slowing them down. 

  1. Choose Love

Always.  When jealousy, sadness, or fear arise in your body and emotions, Choose Love.  When you’re faced with a choice, Choose Love.  If an uncomfortable situation occurs, Choose Love.

  1. Think Positive Thoughts

Replace negative thoughts and emotions with positive ones. If a negative reaction or thought is creeping in, stop it immediately and think about something positive.

  1. Bring Your Mind to your Heart Center

Focus on your Heart.

  1. Ignore your Ego

Your Ego is all in your head, literally.  Sometimes our thoughts get the best of us and it becomes a slippery slope of negative thoughts and foolish behavior.  Above all, get out of your head and back to your heart.

  1. Create

Do something!  Create something – anything!

  1. Embrace Positive Activity

Do something Positive whether it’s for yourself or someone else.  Positive Activity doesn’t have to be grandiose; it just has to feel good.

  1. Change

If something doesn’t feel right, change it.  Sure, change can be scary, but so can the mundane, undesirable situation you are in. 

  1. Clean

Clean your house, car, body, or mind.  I don’t care what you clean, just as long as you remove the junk, whether that’s physically, mentally, or emotionally.

Many of these 10+ Ways to Reach a Higher Vibration require you to realize that you’re stuck in a mental pattern.  The key is to realize it.  Once you realize it, that will allow you to release it and refocus on something more pleasant.

The Moral: Using these 10+ Ways to Reach a Higher Vibration will guide you up the Map of Consciousness ladder.  It’s no fun feeling dense, so Vibe High, Embracers, Vibe High.
