- Help Others. Do this in any way you are capable. This can be achieved by giving material items or as simple as an act of kindness.
- Remember Who You Are (thank you, Rafiki) and what you are able to do for yourself and others.
- Be Resourceful. Utilize your knowledge and abilities and use those resources for the good of humanity.
- Remain Positive. It’s imperative to not spread negativity.
- Last but not least: Tell Yourself that you are Calm and there is no need to panic. Thoughts become things.
